Will you be attending the next meeting?
Please indicate whether you will be coming to the next meeting (you need to do this, please, for each meeting) by way of adding a “comment”. Please do this by the Friday before a scheduled meeting.
Then check back on Saturday or Sunday and if there are less than 5 people you will know that the meeting will be postponed until the next date.
This will be especially important for the summer and if it works well we will continue to use it. This allows me to know how many people to prepare for (notes, hand-outs + tea and snacks (and helps the cookie-bakers and people who bring other snacks too)
